What major scientific advancement do you think will be made this century?

I don't think the words 'scientific' and 'advancement' can really be cobbled together that way. But if I could choose what 'scientific advancement' would be made, then I would choose the greatest discovery that could ever be made: a machine/potion/pill/genetic mutation that will grant every person on earth instant and complete and never-ending peace of mind.
