Angel news
SciFiWire reports the exciting news that Joss Whedon hopes to bring Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia) back to Angel, even if it is only to wrap up her story arc. In the same article Alexis Denisof (Wesley) is quoted as wanting to see his wife, Alyson Hannigan (Willow), in some spots.

RotK filming again...
AICN Downunder reports that filming may resume for RotK next year... Huh? You say. The speculation is that it will be for extra footage in the extended edition...

Red Dwarf movie
While you're at AICN check out the report that Red Dwarf may film in May next year in Australia. Then again this is about the third year in a row that has had a rumour that "filming will commence next year" so we'll just wait and see, shall we? Here's the announcement on BBC, though.

Foundation movies

Exciting news from TheOneRing.net — theatrical screenings of the extended editions of the first two films will be shown in Australia prior to the release of The Return of the King.

While on the subject of LotR, AICN has some RotK spoilers... Click here to be spoiled. Early spy-reports from Ain't it Cool indicate that the film length will be at least 3.5 hours. That's the length at the moment, anyway, but they're still shooting footage.

PoA Update
The Herald Sun reports that Emma Thompson will be making a guest appearance in the third Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, as divination teacher Professor Trelawny. If the article is true then it seems the kids starring in the films are well and truly growing up... Click here to read the full story.

SciFiWire reports that Joss Whedon and Brett Matthews (both writers from Buffy) are working on a 5 issue comic book series for Dark Horse. The series is called Tales of the Vampires and will be set in Buffyverse (with some familiar faces). Read on.
